Reserve por 15 minutos. Retire a vagem de baunilha do leite. Bata então o ovo, as gemas e o açúcar até ficar cremoso, junte o leite e passe tudo por um coador fino para eliminar os grumos que se possam ter formado. Coza o preparado em banho maria até começar a ganhar a consistência de forma que mergulhando uma colher no mesmo se forme uma película. Reserve. Bata as natas em chantilly e, depois de deixar arrefecer o creme preparado, junte-as lentamente. Reserve as claras e junte o açúcar às gemas. Bata bem até que fique cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;Ferva o leite e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Adicione-o então à gemada e leve ao lume. Parta as bolachas em 5 ou 6 bocados. Junte as bolachas na mistura e envolva-as com a colher de pau.
